Signature Gin
This is a perfect representation of Nine Circles. Citrus, spice and aniseed with the finest botanicals capture a balance of flavour and complexity encapsulating our signature style. We use 14 different botanicals to create a balanced gin that is perfect served with tonic and a slice of orange yet versatile enough to add to any cocktail.
Australian Dry Gin
An Australian take on a London dry gin. Lashings of juniper and well seasoned with Lemon Myrtle, Saltbush and Tasmanian Pepperberry giving the flavours of salt, pepper and lemon. This is the perfect gin to go with seafood or in any cocktail, particularly a French 75 with fresh lemon juice and champagne.
Pink Gin
A traditional style dry gin with notes of sandalwood and Tasmanian pepperberry then infused with sweetened rhubarb and raspberries. This combination provides the perfect balance of sweetness and a slightly warming finish. Great served with soda and berries, elderflower tonic or with champagne and some fresh berries for a refreshing cocktail.
